NEWS Ryanair sees profits rise as customer service overhaul pays dividend

Low-cost carrier Ryanair has seen profits rise 66 per cent for the year to the end of March, reporting net full-year profits of €867 million. The ‘Always Getting Better’ customer experience programme launched by Ryanair had attracted “millions of new customers to Ryanair” chief executive Michael O’Leary said, leaving figures slightly ahead of analysts’ expectations.
