A DHC-8-400 of Air Canada Express suffered a right hand main gear collapse on runway 02/20 at Edmonton International Airport, AB (YEG).
Preliminary reports indicate that the airplane experienced a blown tire upon take-off from Calgary Airport about 19:41 hours local time. Strong winds at Calgary made the crew decide to divert to Edmonton to carry out a forced landing there.
Upon landing at Edmonton, the right hand main gear collapsed.
