Flight VN350, with 184 passengers and crewmembers on board, safely landed at the Hong Kong airport at 4:10 am (Hong Kong time) while it was flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Japan’s Fukuoka.
The plane, an Airbus 321, had taken off at the city’s Tan Son Nhat Airport at 12:30 am the same day (Vietnam time).
Initial investigations said a technical incident had occurred in the plane’s air ventilation system.
