The World’s first A350-1000 has taken to the skies for the first time. It departed to Toulouse Blagnac Airport / France (TLS/LFBO) at 10:42 for a 3hr test flight. Barring bad weather that could lead to a postponement, Thursday’s approximately three-hour debut will add a new 366-seat member to the lightweight carbon-fibre A350 family, which entered service with the smaller A350-900 early last year.
